Hell

It was a brilliant move

to incarcerate me

in heaven

Looking outside my window

I see white clouds

drifting gently

The wheather is nice

People smile, say hello

wave goodbye

I sense eternal spring

bright greens, tender pinks

white lambs

I grind my teeth

at yet another smile

more daffodils

God, let me go,

Please, let me go

You’ve won

It was a brilliant move

to incarcerate me

in heaven

Wow, this is fantastic. Beautiful. I love the word choice. Could you read some of the poems on my blog, and tell me what you think? I need an expert’s eye.

Thank you for your kind words! I consider myself anything but an expert, butI visited your blog and I loved reading your poems. They have a kind of suspense to me, like there is danger lurking around the corner.
